I’m 24 weeks pregnant with my second child and definitely bumpin’ now, so I knew it was time to invest in a few maternity staples that will carry me through the end of this pregnancy. I have been dreading having to purchase maternity jeans, but here we are! This was my first time buying maternity jeans & I was impressed how similar they looked to my normal jeans! I will say, I do miss a normal waist band and being able to do a little front tuck with my shirt, but I think I found some great options!

My favorite pair was the Abercrombie ankle straight! These feel more me and I love the crop fit and the distressing at the knee. The band goes over the belly on this pair and will be great as my bump grows.
Next, I tried on the Abercrombie 90s straight. I love that these also have the band that goes over the belly. These are a little long on me, but if you are looking for just a true straight jean, they are a great option!
Another pair I tried on was the Gap Maternity inset panel girlfriend. I really liked these! They don’t have the band over the belly, just a stretchy band on the sides. I’m not sure how much I will like not having the band over the belly as my bump grows though. These are the tightest pair that I have tried on so far.
Next, I tried on the Mango maternity straight. I would say these are a bit oversized since I am wearing my true size and they are a bit loose in the legs. These are a good cropped option without any distressing.
Last but not least, I tried on the Gap Maternity full panel vintage slim. I really wanted to find a white pair to wear through the spring and summer. The only thing that I didn’t like about these jeans is that you can see the pockets through them. I would say these run a little small and the band above the belly hits lower in comparison to the other jeans.
