  1. preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the ground sausage and break apart into small pieces with the spatula. once cooked and no longer pink, drain the excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
  3. turn the heat to medium-low and add the cream cheese. stir to combine.
  4. once the meat and cheese has combined, turn the heat off.
  5. pull apart the crescent dough and stuff each crescent roll with the meat and cheese mixture.
  6. once you have finished rolling all the crescents, place them on a baking sheet.
  7. bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.
