Add chicken breast to your crockpot and season each piece with salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp ranch seasoning and cover with 1.5 cup buffalo sauce. Stir to mix the ingredients well.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Once the chicken is finsihed cooking, take two forks and shred each piece of chicken. Stir to soak the shredded chicken in the sauce.
Serve warm on its own, on tortillas, in a salad, in a wrap, etc.
