Trader Joe’s Chimichurri Steak Tacos

  1. Prepare the beef. In a skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. Once hot, add the shaved beef and immediately season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
  2. Once the meat has started to brown, flip and sear the meat on the other side until the meat is cooked and slighty charred. Once cooked, remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In that same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  4. Once the peppers and onions are sauteed, add the beef back intro the skillet. Mix to combine.
  5. Turn the heat to low and top with pepper jack cheese slices and cover the skillet for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, serve on warm tortillas and top with chimichurri to enjoy!
