Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

- In a large crockpot, add the chicken breast and top with 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced onion, bell peppers, green chiles, corn, garlic and beans.
- Pour in 4 cups of bone broth or chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before the time is up, add the juice of 2 limes and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Stir to combine.
- Once it is finished cooking, take two forks and shred the chicken into thin slices.
- Serve with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, chips, and sour cream.
