Trader Joe's Thai Steak & Noodle Salad

  1. Prepare the beef. In a pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add 1 lb shaved beef. Season with salt and pepper and sear on each side for 1-2 minutes. Once it is almost cooked, add 3 tbsp gyoza sauce and cook until the steak is crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Once cooked, set aside.
  2. Prepare the noodles by boiling one individual packet and discarding the sauce. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Pat them dry and set aside.
  3. Prepare the salad. Add the lettuce mixture from the salad kit to a large bowl. Add 1 cup of chilled ready-to-eat edamame, cooked noodles, and diced avocado. Drizzle with the peanut dressing packet and toss to combine.
  4. Add the cooked steak and 2-3 tbsp gyoza sauce to the salad. Top with fresh herbs like mint, cilantro, and green onions. Toss the salad to combine.
  5. Serve with the chopped peanuts from the salad kit and enjoy!
