Trader Joe's Thai Steak & Noodle Salad

- Prepare the beef. In a pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add 1 lb shaved beef. Season with salt and pepper and sear on each side for 1-2 minutes. Once it is almost cooked, add 3 tbsp gyoza sauce and cook until the steak is crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Once cooked, set aside.
- Prepare the noodles by boiling one individual packet and discarding the sauce. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Pat them dry and set aside.
- Prepare the salad. Add the lettuce mixture from the salad kit to a large bowl. Add 1 cup of chilled ready-to-eat edamame, cooked noodles, and diced avocado. Drizzle with the peanut dressing packet and toss to combine.
- Add the cooked steak and 2-3 tbsp gyoza sauce to the salad. Top with fresh herbs like mint, cilantro, and green onions. Toss the salad to combine.
- Serve with the chopped peanuts from the salad kit and enjoy!
