Trader Joe's Chicken Chimichurri Tacos
Ingredients
- Trader Joe’s pollo asado authentico
- corn tortillas
- Trader Joe’s Frozen Spanish Style Rice
- Trader Joe’s chimichurri sauce
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet and add the pollo asado. Cook until charred and no longer pink. Internal temp should be 165 degrees.
- Follow the package instructions to cook the rice.
- Warm the corn tortillas over the stove.
- Once the tortillas are warm and soft, lay them flat and add cooked pollo asado.
- Top with a drizzle of chimichurri and enjoy!
