  1. in a pan over medium-high heat, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil and add the shaved beef. season with about 1 tbsp soffritto blend and a little salt and pepper. cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside once the meat is browned.
  2. in the same pan, add the vegetable hash and season with salt and pepper. sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. once the veggies have started to soften, add the frozen rice pack to the pan and stir to combine. cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. slice the meat that you set aside in bite sized pieces. once sliced, add it back to the pan. Stir to combine and season with a little more soffritto blend.
  5. top with 4-5 slices of provolone cheese and cover the pan long enough to melt, about 4 minutes.
  6. serve warm and enjoy!
