Trader Joe's Creamy Sage Pumpkin Gnocchi

- Prepare the gnocchi by boiling according to package instructions. once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sausage. In a large pan over medium heat, drizzle olive and add sliced sausage. Sear on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Once fragrant, add the diced sage and sauté for another 30 seconds or so.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and stir to combine and coat in the sage garlic butter.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add grated parmesan and stir to combine. Turn the heat to low and bring to a simmer.
- Once the sauce has began to thicken, add the sausage back to the pan and mix everything together.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
