  1. prepare the ground beef. in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat, use a spatula to break up the meat. season with 21 salute seasoning, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. cook until brown and no longer pink. once the meat is cooked, set it aside and prepare your other ingredients.
  2. assemble the salad by adding the lettuce and dried tomato topping to a large bowl. toss with the red wine vinaigrette and save the other toppings for your bowl or discard.
  3. prepare the frozen rice medley by following package instructions. note: for my family of three, we make two individual packs of rice.
  4. assemble your bowl. add cooked rice to a bowl as your base. top with the salad mixture, add diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, tzatziki, ground beef, and any additional toppings of your choice. I added bell pepper and red onion.
  5. finish with a little salt and cracked pepper. garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
