- prepare the ground beef. in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat, use a spatula to break up the meat. season with 21 salute seasoning, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. cook until brown and no longer pink. once the meat is cooked, set it aside and prepare your other ingredients.
- assemble the salad by adding the lettuce and dried tomato topping to a large bowl. toss with the red wine vinaigrette and save the other toppings for your bowl or discard.
- prepare the frozen rice medley by following package instructions. note: for my family of three, we make two individual packs of rice.
- assemble your bowl. add cooked rice to a bowl as your base. top with the salad mixture, add diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, tzatziki, ground beef, and any additional toppings of your choice. I added bell pepper and red onion.
- finish with a little salt and cracked pepper. garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
