Trader Joe's Pesto Gnocchi Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

• Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar Chicken Sausage, sliced
• 16 oz pranzo gnocchi
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 1 shallot, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp basil pesto
• 2 tsp Olive oil
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Add gnocchi, sliced tomatoes, sliced sausage, and chopped shallot to a sheet pan. Top with olive oil and pesto. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Place sheet pan in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and top with unexpected cheddar crumbles.
5. Serve warm & enjoy!
