Trader Joe's Shawarma Wraps

Trader Joe’s Shawarma Chicken ThighsTrader Joe’s Frozen Tandoori NaanTrader Joe’s Herbed Tahini Sauce or TzatzikiBaby spinach1/2 sweet onion, sliced1-2 tbsp olive oil

Ingredients

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet and add the shawarma chicken thighs. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. Add the sliced sweet onion while the chicken cooks.
  • Once the chicken is slightly cooked, remove the it from the skillet and chop it into thin slices. Place the sliced chicken back in the skillet to finish cooking.
  • Place the frozen naan in the oven to bake for 5-6 minutes.
  • Once the naan is soft and warm, spread a spoonful of the herbed tahini sauce. Top with chicken, sautéed onions and spinach.
  • Hold it like a gyro, dig in, and enjoy!
