"Fried" Pickles

Ingredients
Batter
- 1/3 cup nut pods original oat creamer
- 1 tbs almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- garlic salt, to taste
Fried Coating
- 1/2 cup Cauli Crunch original
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbs. nutritional yeast
- garlic salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Pickles
- 5-6 Trader Joe's kosher dill pickles
Dipping Sauce
- 3 tbs. Tessemae's avocado ranch dressing
- 1 tbs. Crystal hot sauce
Instructions
Batter
- in a small bowl, mix together the nut pods, almond flour, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, paprika, and garlic salt.
Fried Coating
- in a small bowl, mix together the Cauli Crunch, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic salt, and pepper.
Pickles
- cut the pickles into small bite size pieces
- dip the pickle in the batter and then roll it in the fried coating.
- once they are coated, place in the air fryer on 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes
- while the pickles cook, make the spicy ranch sauce. mix together the Tessemae's ranch and Crystal hot sauce.
- serve warm & enjoy!
