Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 large red or yellow onion
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- cilantro, to garnish

Instructions
- slice the raw beef into long thin strips.
- cut the bell pepper and onion into long slices.
- prepare your seasoning mixture by combining 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and begin sauteing the peppers and onions. cook for 3-4 minutes.
- add the beef and seasoning. *NOTE: the more you use the spicier it will be* cook until the beef is to your liking. around 5 minutes.
- serve family-style with fresh cilantro. enjoy on a tortilla with sour cream, salsa, guacamole!
