Chicken Teriyaki Bowls

Ingredients
- 5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup primal kitchen no soy teriyaki sauce (found mine at sprouts)
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup white rice
- bib lettuce
- rice vinegar (optional)
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- in a large plastic bag or large bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, teriyaki, and coconut aminos. set aside and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- prepare the rice according to package
- in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat, pour the chicken and marinade and bell pepper into the pan, cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. the chicken should have an internal temp of 165 degrees.
- serve over bibb lettuce and drizzle rice vinegar on top (optional) add the rice and chicken bell pepper mixture. top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
