Feta & Dill Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 green onion, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- 3 tsp rolfe rub
- 1 egg
- tzatziki sauce (optional)
- avocado
- roma tomato
- bibb lettuce
- lemon (optional)
Instructions
- in a large bowl or plastic bag, combine the ground turkey, spinach, feta cheese, dill, egg, rolfe rub, and green onion.
- once it is all combined, form into burger patties.
- you can prepare the patties on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet. I prepared mine on a cast-iron skillet.
- first, get the skillet hot and add about 1 tbsp of olive oil or avocado oil and sear the meat on each side for 3-4 minutes. cook until charred and no longer pink.
- serve the burgers with tzatziki sauce on a bun or in a lettuce wrap. add avocado, tomato, and any other toppings you may like! I topped mine with fresh lemon juice.
- serve warm and enjoy!
