Parmesan Chicken Crispers

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 12 oz Whisps parmesan cheese crisps
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs Cavender's greek seasoning
- 2 tbs almond flour
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)
- mozzarella
- Rao's homemade marinara sauce
- fresh basil
Instructions
- crush the Whisps into small fine pieces. I did this by leaving them inside the package and beat them with a meat mallet.
- in a small bowl, combine the crushed Whisps, Cavender's, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- in a separate bowl, crack two eggs and whisk until frothy
- take each chicken breast and dip in the eggs. once coated in the egg, place the chicken in the seasoning mixture and place inside the air fryer
- cook in the air fryer on 375 for 25-30 minutes
- once they are finished cooking in the air fryer,
- place on a baking sheet or skillet.
- top them with Rao's marinara and mozzarella
- place in a preheated oven on 400 for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- remove from the oven and top with fresh basil
- serve over Banza spaghetti and a side salad
- pour a glass of red and enjoy!
