Ingredients
Salmon Marinade
- salmon filets
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- 3 tbs coconut aminos
- 6 tbs olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Asian Slaw
- tri color slaw mix
- 2 tbs coconut aminos
- 4 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
Other
- white rice
- avocado
- green onion
- red bell pepper
- kimchi (optional)
Instructions
Salmon
- mix together dijon, coconut aminos, olive oil & garlic & coat on the salmon.
- once the sauce is coated on the salmon, season with the sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
- place in the air fryer on 350 for 6 minutes per fillet
Asian Slaw
- in a bowl, combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, and honey. whisk to combine.
- toss into the slaw.

- assemble bowl with white rice, avocado, red bell pepper, kimchi, and green onion
