Ingredients

Salmon Marinade
  • salmon filets
  • 2 tbs dijon mustard
  • 3 tbs coconut aminos
  • 6 tbs olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • red pepper flakes (optional)
Asian Slaw
  • tri color slaw mix
  • 2 tbs coconut aminos
  • 4 tbs rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
Other
  • white rice
  • avocado
  • green onion
  • red bell pepper
  • kimchi (optional)

Instructions

Salmon
  1. mix together dijon, coconut aminos, olive oil & garlic & coat on the salmon.
  2. once the sauce is coated on the salmon, season with the sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
  3. place in the air fryer on 350 for 6 minutes per fillet
Asian Slaw
  1. in a bowl, combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, and honey. whisk to combine.
  2. toss into the slaw.
Other
  1. assemble bowl with white rice, avocado, red bell pepper, kimchi, and green onion
