  1. in a dutch oven or large pot over low heat, add the chicken breast and top with salsa verde. season with cumin, garlic powder, and salt. stir to combine. cover and cook on low heat for 35 minutes. after the chicken is finished cooking, take two forks and shred or place the chicken on a cutting board and cut into small pieces and return to the pot.
  2. heat the tortilla and begin to build your burrito. add chicken, cooked rightrice, black beans, cilantro, and avocado.
  3. roll into a burrito. enjoy by itself or with cholula hot sauce.
