Ingredients
- 1 pack taste republic gluten-free linguini
- 1 lb ground chicken sausage
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup nut pods original oat creamer
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup broccolini
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- salt, to taste
- parsley, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- prepare the pasta according to the package and set it aside.
- in a large pot over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil, and add the minced onion and the chicken sausage. cook until brown and then drain any excess grease.
- add garlic and broccolini, season with salt, and saute for about 4 minutes.
- add the diced tomatoes and stir to combine. saute for about 2 minutes.
- add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir to combine.
- pour in the nut pods, add lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. season with red pepper flakes and more salt if you would like.
- serve with fresh parsley and fresh parmesan!
