Ten Minute Crunch Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- Siete taco seasoning
- Siete burrito size tortillas
- Siete sea salt tortilla chips
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- shredded lettuce
- pickled jalapenos
- RightRice (I used cilantro lime)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lime
- mexican shredded cheese
- salt, to taste
- cholula hot sauce (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- in a large pan, cook the ground turkey until cooked through and no longer pink. once cooked add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions
- make the avocado mash. in a small bowl combine 1 avocado, cumin, salt, and juice of 1/2 a lime
- heat the tortilla according to package instructions
- assemble the crunch wrap.
- first lay the tortilla flat, add crush tortilla chips, meat, rightrice, avocado mash, lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos.
- fold the edges of the tortilla in towards the center. seal it off with a pinch of cheese (optional).
- place on a skillet over medium-high heat. cook on each side until golden and brown
- serve with hot sauce, sour cream, and cilantro.
