Dump & Bake Hash Brown Casserole

  1. In a large bowl mix together the thawed hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken, and cheese. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread in a large baking dish. If prepping ahead of time, cover and place it in the fridge until ready to bake.
  3. When ready to bake, melt butter in a bowl and toss the corn flakes in the melted butter. Spread the buttered corn flakes on top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 for one hour uncovered.
  5. Serve warm & enjoy!
  6. Note: if prepping ahead of time, place the cool casserole dish in a cold oven and let the dish preheat with the oven. Once the oven reaches 350, you will still bake for 1 hour.
