Trader Joe's Ravioli Soup

  1. In a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add the ground meats. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp 21 salute seasoning. Break into small pieces and cook until brown and no longer pink. Once cooked, drain the meat and set aside.
  2. In the same pot or dutch oven over medium heat, add butter to melt. Once melted, add diced onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp 21 salute seasoning. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 cans of diced tomatoes and season with salt to taste.
  4. Add the cooked meat back to the pot, pour in the chicken broth, and stir to combine.
  5. Cover and turn the heat to medium-low and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 30 or so minutes.
  6. Add in the uncooked ravioli and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Stir to combine and let the ravioli cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
  7. Stir in some chopped spinach and serve with fresh parmesan to enjoy.
