High Protein Buffalo & Jalapeño Chicken Salad

  1. Peel the chicken from the rotisserie. If hand mixing in a bowl, chop the chicken fine.
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer add the chicken, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, diced jalapeño, diced red onion, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well with a spoon, stand mixer, or hand mixer until combined.
  4. Serve cool and enjoy!
