One Pot Ravioli Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large dutch oven (or oven-safe pot) over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add the ground beef. sesaon with salt and pepper and cook until brown and no longer pink. drain any excess grease.
  3. In the same pot, pour in the jar of marinara. Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Stir to combine then add the boursin cheese and cook into the sauce until melted.
  4. Add in the chopped spinach and 1/4 cup of water. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the uncooked ravioli into the pot and stir into the sauce.
  6. Place the pot into the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese. Place it back in the oven for another 4-5 minutes (broil for one minute at the end). Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from the oven.
  8. Serve with fresh basil and enjoy!
