In a pan over medium heat, drizzle a little olive oil. Add the shaved beef to cook. Immediately season with salt and pepper. Cook the meat until brown and slightly charred. Once cooked, remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, drizzle a little more olive oil if needed then add the garlic and ginger and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add the bag of Cruciferous Crunch. You may have to add it in intervals as it cooks down to have enough room in your pan. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and begin to saute and cook down.
After about 1-2 minutes, pour in 1/2 cup soyaki sauce and saute until soft.
While the veggies cook check the pot of water. Once it has come to a boil, add the 2 packs of knife cut noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add the cooked noodles to the stir fry. Toss to combine and coat in the sauce and veggies.
With the heat on low, add the cooked beef back to the pan with the noodles and veggies.
Serve warm and garnish with lime juice, cilantro, and green onion to enjoy!
