Trader Joe's Shawarma Bowl

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, and cauliflower to a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine.
- Add the shawarma chicken to the sheet pan. Season each piece of chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
- While the sheet pan ingredients bake, prepare 1-2 bags of the frozen rice in the microwave.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked and the veggies are roasted, remove the sheet pan from the oven.
- Prepare your bowl. Add cooked brown rice as the base, top with roasted veggies and sliced shawarma chicken.
- Drizzle with creamy dill dressing and top with fresh dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
