Trader Joe's Shawarma Bowl

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and cauliflower to a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine.
  3. Add the shawarma chicken to the sheet pan. Season each piece of chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the sheet pan in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
  5. While the sheet pan ingredients bake, prepare 1-2 bags of the frozen rice in the microwave.
  6. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the veggies are roasted, remove the sheet pan from the oven.
  7. Prepare your bowl. Add cooked brown rice as the base, top with roasted veggies and sliced shawarma chicken.
  8. Drizzle with creamy dill dressing and top with fresh dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
