Beef & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 red potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb. beef chuck roast, diced
  • 32 oz. Kettle & Fire Beef Broth
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker or dutch oven, add diced red potatoes, celery, frozen mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, and chuck roast. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pour Kettle & Fire Beef Broth over the ingredients.
  2. Stir to combine and cover the pot or slow cooker with a lid.
  3. Cook on low for 7 hours.
  4. After it is finished cooking, stir well and serve warm.
