Beef & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 4 red potatoes, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. beef chuck roast, diced
- 32 oz. Kettle & Fire Beef Broth
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- In a slow cooker or dutch oven, add diced red potatoes, celery, frozen mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, and chuck roast. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pour Kettle & Fire Beef Broth over the ingredients.
- Stir to combine and cover the pot or slow cooker with a lid.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
- After it is finished cooking, stir well and serve warm.
