Miso Ginger Gyoza Soup

Ingredients
- 32 oz. miso ginger broth (purchased at trader joes)
- 16 oz. frozen chicken or pork gyoza potstickers
- 1 baby bok choy, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 inches fresh grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- green onions, for garnish
- disced jalapeno, for garnish
Instructions
- in a large pot over medium heat, drizzle sesame oil and add carrots, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- add diced bok choy and mushrooms. stir to combine and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- add the broth and sriracha. turn heat to low, cover the pot, and bring to a simmer. simmer for 10 minutes.
- remove the lid off the pot and add the frozen dumplings. stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
- serve warm with fresh jalapenos and green onions.
