Creamy Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 5 cups kale
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- Tessemae's caesar dressing (amount to your liking)
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- fresh cracked pepper
- kosher salt, to taste
- 1/2 lemon, juice for garnish
Instructions
- prepare the chicken.
- in a large pot over medium-high heat, add chicken. pour water over the chicken to cover and season with salt.
- bring to a boil and then cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- once cooked, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- prepare the kale by chopping it very fine and add the caesar dressing.
- once the dressing is added, massage it into the kale. don't skip this step!
- add your toppings! red onion, sunflower seeds, parmesan, pepper, and salt. toss to combine.
- squeeze fresh lemon over the top and enjoy!
