Chopped Deli Salad

Ingredients
- spinach
- Applegate soppressata (aka salami)
- Applegate smoked turkey breast
- Applegate bacon
- Tessemae's avocado ranch
- avocado
- 1/2-1 bell pepper
- chickpeas
- cherry tomatoes
- salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- on a large cutting board I laid out my ingredients as follows...
- a handful of spinach, about 1/4 cup of chickpeas, 1/4 cup of bell peppers, 1/2 avocado, 2 pieces of turkey, 3 pieces of salami, 1 piece of cooked bacon.
- once all laid out, I chopped up everything very fine
- once chopped, I put everything in a large bowl and lined the rim of the bowl with the ranch dressing and seasoned with salt + pepper.
- I tossed the salad thoroughly, pressing it against the sides of the bowl.
- dig in!!!

I did not include measurements because making this salad is totally your personal preference. I will write exactly how I made it, but feel free to add and take away as you please!
