Prepare meatballs according to package instructions. I used the air fryer method.
Cook one pack of the rice medley according to package instructions.
Assemble your bowl. Add a handful of arugula to the bottom of a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with a layer of cooked rice and some cooked meatballs. Scoop a few spoonfuls of the bruschetta sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Lastly, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
