Prepare the chicken nuggets to package instructions (I did the air fryer method).
Once your chicken is cooked, cut into small bite sized pieces and set aside.
Assemble the salad. Add a couple of handfuls of kale to a large bowl and drizzle with the caesar dressing. Massage the dressing into the kale until it has softened a bit.
Add about 3 cups of cooked pasta, the diced chicken, and shaved parmesan. Drizzle with caesar dressing and season with a little salt and lots of cracked pepper.
Top with crumbled oven-baked cheese bites and toss well to combine.
