Skillet Rosemary Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, shell on
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp rolfe rub
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons
- fresh rosemary & thyme (optional)
Instructions
- in a skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil, ghee, garlic, and shallot. saute for 1-2 minutes careful not to burn.
- add the shrimp, seasonings, and fresh herbs. slowly pour in the chicken broth and add the juice of one lemon.
- stir to combine and cook on each side of the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes or until pink and cooked through.
- serve family style in the skillet. dip some french bread in it and thank me later!
