Three Cheese Bacon Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pack of sugar-free bacon
- 2 tbsp of ghee or butter
- 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 1 cup of nut pods
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup of shredded gouda cheese
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt, to taste
- cracked pepper, to taste (I like a lot)
- 2 boxes of banza pasta
- whisps parmesan cheese crisps
Instructions
- Cut the bacon in small pieces (I used scissors).
- Once cut, cook bacon bits then drain the grease.
- In the same pot, melt the ghee and stir to combine.
- Add the flour and slowly pour in the nut pods, constantly whisking as your pour.
- Slowly add in the cheese.
- Once the cheese begins to melt, slowly add in the chicken broth. continue to stir.
- Add the seasoning and mix to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir to combine.
- Pour in a baking dish (I used a 10″ x 8″) and top with crumbled cheese crisps.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 350.
